How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches daily. Every bag is marked with a roast date, and we ship within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.00 on all orders, and free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! Our 'Union Brew' subscription allows you to choose your favorite blends and delivery frequency. Subscribers save 15% on every order and can pause or cancel at any time.
